Description:
Intermediate Swimming is patterned after the American Red Cross intermediate swimming certificate program. Basic water safety and rescue as well as aquatic stunts and games will be included in this course. (Usually offered Fall semester.) Prerequisite: Students who are able to demonstrate the ability to perform the acquatic skills test as desribed in Beginning/Advanced Beginning Swimming or have successfully completed Beginning Swimming, will be permitted to enroll in Intermediate Swimming.
