Description:
This is an activity course designed to encourage participants to develop greater self confidence and at the same time acquire a sense of trust and commitment to their classmates. Students are given the opportunity to test themselves against physical and emotional limits through exploration of a series of group and personal challenges to attain higher levels of performance. Experiences include initiatives, trust activities, team building experiences, and cooperative games. (Usually offered Fall and Spring semesters.) May be reserved for Physical Education majors.
