The Cooperative Education course provides students with an opportunity to earn credit for work experience which is related to their career/academic objectives. The primary goal is the development of occupational academic competency. Students are hired as ¿learning workers¿. Credit is based on required assignments and a minimum of 80 hours of work experience. (Usually offered Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters.) Prerequisites: Minimum 2.5 G.P.A. or permission of the Instructor. Completion of 30 credit hours towards degree requirements. Non-credit Cooperative Education Seminar.
