This is an introduction to sailing course designed to familiarize the student with the principles and application of sailing and boating skills. It will consist of two, two-hour classroom sessions and seven, two-hour "on the water" sessions. The text used will be Start Sailing right! by Derrick Fries. Class is limited to eight students. Co-sponsored by the Olcott Yacht Club.
