The Niagara Liberty Partnership Program is a school based program that targets youth in grades 7-12 who are at-risk leaving school prior to graduation. The program serves over 200 Niagara County students and is designed to provide a comprehensive range of services that support and encourage young men and women to obtain their school diplomas, tutorial services, homework assistance, peer support groups, individuals case management, referrals, mentoring, workshops & College and career exploration.
