Enjoy the benefits of an age-old holistic practice which stimulates our innate life force energy (chi). Revitalize and rejuvenate on a daily basis using these simple techniques based on the Oriental Theory of Acupuncture. Session will inlcude Acupressure stress-buster points for the head, neck and shoulders, abdominal massage for healthy digestion and elimination, and an Oriental stretch sequence for good energy, balance and poise.
