This 4-hour traffic course if for area traffic court defendants who have been referred by the local judiciary for a safe driving course. Admittance into the program is arranged with the local traffic courts and the Office of Community Education at NCCC. The course is offered under the auspices of the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles. You may take this course only one time in an 18-month period.
