Description:
To help high school students and others learn proper and safe driving procedures, NCCC offers a Driver Education course. This course is designed for individuals 16 years of age and older. Students under 18 who successfully complete the program will receive the New York State MV-285, which enables individuals 17 years of age, with parents' authorization, to secure a Senior operator's license. Successful completion of this course usually allows for a ten percent reduction on insurance rates for drivers under 25 years of age.
