This course introduces students to QuickBooks, a user- friendly small business accounting program. With QuickBooks it is not necessary to learn accounting jargon because you fill in information in formats that you are already familiar with (i.e. checks, invoices, and other commonly used forms.) You can pick and choose among QuickBooks' features and use those that best meet your needs. QuickBooks is a menu- driven program that will help you improve your productivity and accomplish all your accounting tasks more easily. Familiarity with Windows and some bookkeeping and accounting experience is helpful.
