Description:
This course is concerned with opening the individual's physical and mental eyes to the world around us. Objects which have been claimed to be works of art, both "old favorites" and "modern monstrosities" in a variety of media including graphics and architecture, will be discussed. A basic visual vocabulary will be provided. (Usually offered Fall and Spring semesters.) Prerequisites: AAC 042, ENG 099, or waiver through testing.
