During this internship, students will choose from several local lodging or food service establishments to work under the supervision of facility personnel, to include 135 hours direct experience in the student's field of choice. Students will also meet with internship administrator, for a total of 20 hours in an on-campus seminar; as well as complete Internship Requirements provided to each student at the beginning of this Internship II course.
