This course provides knowledge of meteorology directly relate to conditions of safe flight and the responsibilities of the aircraft dispatcher, including: general knowledge of composition of the earth and its atmosphere, atmospheric moisture, air masses, frontal systems and related meteorological phenomena, and implications of these for safe flight; aviation weather services and meaning of their data are treated.
