This course is designed for licensed Home Inspectors and is designed to provide participants with the basic facts about mold, mildew and moisture. Discussion will focus on the assessment and identification of mold and potential health affects and symptoms associated with exposure. We will also review the practical ways to eliminate and control mold spores in the indoor environment.
