This course is for licensed Home Inspectors. This course will provide property inspectors with an understanding of the basic principles of property inspection and the legal pitfalls that most inspectors fall into resulting in litigation. This course is designed to present home inspectors with recent cases involving home inspection litigation. The participants will analyze the facts of that case and examine the findings. This course will explore a variety of issues involving property inspections and the legal ramifications of making the wrong decisions during the inspection process.
