This course will provide licensed home inspectors with a review of the standards of professional and ethical conduct, as outlines in Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 13, section 97. Discussion will focus, for example, on conflict of interest between home inspectors and real estate brokers, as well as ethical issues involved in making contractor referrals. (State Board Approved for 3 continuing education credits.)
