Description:
This class is for beginning fisherman and women-ages 7 to adult. Instruction will focus on safety and skills for both fresh and saltwater fishing. Students will learn the differences among various types of rods and reels, as well as learn and practice how to properly bait, cast, and hook. Also covered will be basic set ups-with and without bobbers, sinkers, and hooks. Bring your own or borrow a rod and reel for the class. Students under 12 must be accompanied by parent.
