Deeds/Title Transfer, Real Estate Brokerage and Agency Representation, Massachusetts License Law, Fair Housing/Discrimination Law, Massachusetts Consumer Protection/Environmental Laws and Regulations, Freehold and Non-Freehold Estates, Leases, Financing and Mortgages, Appraisal, and a Real Estate Math Review.
