(Real Estate License Renewal Course) This seminar is State approved and satisfies two hours of the twelve hours required under the Real Estate Continuing Education Law. Topics and materials covered include: Terms and concepts, condominiums, condominium formation, master deed, unit deed, common areas, by-laws, condominum fees, rules and regulations, closing requirements, condo financing, condo conversion, major conversion provisions, time to vacate, moving reimbursement, condo super lien, capital vs. operating reserves, cooperatives, time sharing, and buyer agent's review of financial health of association.
