This seminar is State approved and satisfies two hours of the twelve hours required under the Real Estate Continuing Education Law. Topics and materials covered include: licensing requirements, what constitutes practice of real estate, required disclosures to clients and customer handling deposits, disputes, escrow requirements, the Real Estate Board's authority over agents and practice, active/ inactive license status, professional standards of practice, grounds for disciplinary action against the licensee. MA General Law Chapter 112 sec 87PP-87DDD1/2 will be discussed and interpreted.
