(Real Estate License Renewal Course) This seminar is State approved and satisfies two hours of the twelve hours required under the Real Estate Continuing Education Law. Topics and materials covered include: Real Estate contracts elements of a valid contract, assignment, notation, equitable vs. legal title, reality vs. personality, unen- forceable vs. enforceable, buyer agency contract, elements of a listing contract, offer to purchase, acceptance, termination, remedies for breach at law and at equity, purchase and sale agreement, and other important contractual clauses. Important contract case law will also be discussed and interpreted.
