Consumer protection & business regulation for RE brokers & salespersons (Real Estate License Renewal Course) This seminar is State approved and satisfies two hour of the twelve hours required under the Real Estate Continuing Education Law. Topics and materials covered include: MGL Chapter 93A regulation of business practices for consumer protection, history, application of protection statute, propose and procedure, protecting consumer and encouraging settlement, disclosure and what must be disclosed, residential seller, brokers, salespeople and business people subject to the statute, conditions and defects and avoiding liability. Important and relevant cases, statutes and regulations will be discussed and interpreted.
