Real Estate License Renewal Course: This seminar is State approved and satisfies two hours of the twelve hours required under the Real Estate Continuing Education Law. Topics and materials covered include: A review of the types of Agency creation of buyer agency relationship. Contract provisions, written vs. verbal, express vs. implied, compensation alternatives, termination of buyer agency, discovery and due diligence, law of agency, state and federal Lead Paint Laws, Home Inspector Law, Psychologically Stigmatized Property, MGL, chapters 93A, Sex offender Registry, disclosed Dual Agency, client Counseling, Company Policy and Record Keeping Fiduciary duties, mandatory agency disclosure, who's who on and off the field, and company policy/record keeping. Discussion of handout materials: MGL Chapter(s) 294 of the Act of1998 and 112 section 87YY. Mandatory State Agency Disclosure Form.
