Real Estate License Renewal Course: This seminar is State approved and satisfies two hours of the twelve hours required under the Real Estate Continuing Education Law. Topics and materials covered include: Agency Law - history, changes and update; how agency is established; responsibilities, liability and termination of agency; fiduciary responsibilities of agency; agency options, definitions and characteristics, obligations to client, dis- closure to client and customer, compensation methods, other legal obligations, MGL chapter 93A, stigmatized property, sex offender registry, disclosed dual agency, UFFI, and record keeping. Discussion of handout materials MGL chapter(s) 294 of the acts of 1998 and 112, sec 87yy. Mandatory State Agency Disclosure form.
