Description:

This course provides MRI Certificate students with the opportunity to apply skills in a clinical setting. Clinical experience is gained at affiliated MRI facilities approximately four (4) hours per week. Students are introduced to the operation of the MRI department and gain experience in patient screen and safety, coil selection, patient positioning, protocol selection and filming. Competency evaluations are given in these areas.
