This introductory course will show you what an electronic database program is capable of doing. Learn database terminology, how to design your own database, type and edit information, sort and extract specific data from this information through queries and create forms and reports. You will use Wizards, set primary keys, delete records, and fix formatting problems. Most importantly, you will acquire knowledge of what a database program is and you can decide for yourself if Access is a piece of software your company could benefit from. Prerequisite: Familiarity with Windows software.
