Students will learn the basics of interpersonal communication: body language, eye contact, tone of voice. They will understand the differences between personal and professional forms of communication. From these basics, they will apply communication principles to an understanding of customer service, managing stress and anger in the workplace, and how good workplace communication enhances the principles of teamwork. A college certificate will be provided.
