Too many of us waste time trying to decide between affect and effect, accept and except, lie and lay, "between you and I" or "between you and me". There's total confusion about using commas and periods with final quotation marks. Do they go inside? Outside? When should we every day or everyday? This course is designed to help everyone speak and write correctly. Topics will include: active and passive voice, capitalization, change in grammar rules and usage, numbers parts of speech, pronouns, rules for all major and minor punctuation marks, sentence structures and comma rules, essential vs. nonessential clauses and vocabulary. Suggested prerequisite to Effective Writing for Business
