This yoga workshop will provide all participants with some simple techniques that can be incorporated into their hectic workday. Learn how to manage stress, handle negative emotions, become a more productive employee, and improve many other situations that arise in today's workplace environment. Participants will also learn how to improve their flexibility, build body strength, learn how to incorporate relaxation and mediation techniques into what might otherwise be a hectic day.
