In this workshop, you will learn to diagnose critical issues and sources of negativity on your job and to recognize the difference between symptoms and problems. You will learn to differentiate negative situations from merely negative perceptions. You will also practice how to avoid, manage and follow up on everyday negative behavior patterns in your workplace. The participants will work on real work- place problems.
