Description:

This program will enable managers to analyze their leader- ship style, explore approaches to effective leadership, and maximize the effectiveness of their organization from both a system and an interpersonal perspective. This program also will provide participating decision-makers wirh a format of understanding the dynamics of leadership. In order to identify priorities, situation contingencies and leadership styles will be discussed. In addition, the course will include strategies for human resources and organizational management, and for increasing teamwork and motivation among staff.
