Description:
It is fairly easy to provide exemplary service under "normal" or occassionally difficult conditions. However, when conflicting priorities, tight deadlines, irate or abusive customers and other difficult conditions prevail, specific skills are required to deliver exemplary, or even basic customer service. This workshop will cover how to handle typical customer service situations, saying "no" effectively, delivering services that are not customer friendly, and diffusing anger and frustation in irate customers.
