This course is designed for any employee who is involved in a customer/teller relationship on a full-time or part-time basis. Emphasis is placed on training new employees as well as upgrading the skills of current tellers with one year or less experience. Topics will include the teller's role and demeanor, banking fundamentals, types of products and services that most financial institutions provide, check handling, as well as proper ways to handle and count cash.
