Helping adults in the workplace to solve their own problems with colleagues can be difficult. Some people seem to naturally do this more effectively than others. We know that people can successfully acquire new skills during adulthood which can assist them is resolving problems and conflicts at work. Participants will learn to analyze their own conflict resolution style, and will learn concrete skills that can be used to manage their own disputes, thereby, developing a more positive and productive work climate.
