Description:

This course is for early childcare and related providers, educators, special education teachers, and parents. The focus is on developing skills for the effective applilcation of Sign Language in childcare settings, creative classrooms and enhancement of language acquisition in young children. Through active participation, teachers and parents are introduced to the frameworks of signing, age appropriate signed vocabulary, facial and body language, sign-enhanced story-telling, music and games.
