Insurance Institute. Understanding workers compensation insurance begins with a sound understanding of the fundamentals. In this foundational class, the instructor will lead students through an overview of workers compensation to introduce learners to areas such as: policy and endorsements as well as State law requirements for issuance. Experience modification and other State rating procedures such ARAP will be covered.
