This four-hour interactive course begins with an overview of the basic homeowners insurance policy and additional coverage to consider. What is and is and is not covered by homeowners insurance will be examined through scenarios and case studies. Issues include: injuries and damage that the homeowner, family pets cause to others, vacation rentals, hosting weddings and parties, truly assessing proper cover- age of both home and possessions, replacement vs. cash value...plus many more! Non-insurance individuals welcome.
