Now Qigong (pronounced Chee Kong) gives you the opportunity for self healing and preventative care using powerful, easy to understand Chinese techniques. This ancient discipline combines mental concentration, breathing techniques and body movements which balance the body and mind. This may be practiced in a sitting, standing or laying position and benefits young, old, the physically fit and persons with physical challenges. Dress in clothing which allows comfortable body movement. Saturday students, bring a lunch.
