Description:

Medical terminology is taught from an anatomical approach by each body system. Roots, suffixes and prefixes are analyzed as a tool for interpretation of medical notes. The course is instructor-led on-line, runs for 6 weeks and consists of 12 lessons. Lessons are supplemented by interactive quizzes, assignments, tutorials, and on-line discussion. All materials will be made available over the Web, and all you need to get started is Internet access, an e-mail address, and a Web browser.
