Description:

This workshop is designed to introduce students to the process of creating a website using Dreamweaver, an industry-standard software. You will become familiar with the Dreamweaver environment through hands-on activities for setting up local file management, creating a basic page, and setting up a local site. You will learn how to import and format text using charcter styles and paragraph formats, add images to Web pages, create image maps, create hyperlinks and lists, create layouts using tables and frames, and upload pages to a Web server. It is not necessary to know HTML or have had previous experience creating web pages.
