This course will examine state-of-the-art technology to assist small and medium businesses in meeting current and and future challenges. Designed for a non-technical audience, special attention also will be paid to those who "hate their computer." Topics to be covered include Personal Digital Assistants, basics of website development and support, effective use of Microsoft Office and hiring and using outside vendors for technology solutions.
