Being an entrepreneurial and starting a new business is a process that begins long before the business ever opens its doors. Consequently, this course makes it clear and easy to understand a process approach to starting and launching a new business venture. The course begins with the recognition of opportunities and the development of a concept for a new business. It then explains how to test that concept in the marketplace through a feasibility examination. Finally, there is an in depth discussion of the business plan as a means for documenting the creation of a new company to support the feasible business concept.
