This course provides a comprehensive introduction to video- graphy including camera operation and controls, video formats, lighting techniques, sound, and nonlinear editing for weddings, meeting and event coverage, corporate and fine art production. Hands-on demonstrations, in-class exercises and follow-up assignments prepare students to produce a special piece ready for production. Lecture: 2 hours. Laboratory: 2 hours.
