Provides a basic working knowledge of the Linux operating system and an understanding of the Unix environment. Topics include installing Linux as a server, configuring Linux, managing users, the UNIX command line, file systems, security, Internet services (DNS, HTTP, SMTP, POP, SSH), and Intranet services (NFS, DHCP).
