Deals with technology policy at the basis economic units, such as firms, households, persons, & aggregated units, such as the state, the nation, & the international community as well. Full consideration given to issues like technological efficiency, socioeconomic development, environment, ethics, security, & others. Special emphasis is given to political process in which technology policies are shaped in private or public organizations. Prerequisite: Jr standing, TA 300 & TA 310.
