PRFC 3364 Peer Observation of Teaching Orientation This workshop provides a structured framework for the peer observation of teaching. The focus ia on sharing best practices and promoting a greater sense of collegiality, leading to improved teaching and student learning. In this small, hands-on workshop, participants will learn about the peer observation process, practice conducting classroom observations, and select an observation partner or team. Each pair or team will determine its observation schedule and conduct those observations by the end of the current term.
