FLORIDA REAL ESTATE LAW Introduction to Florida real estate license law and rules and regulations of Florida Real Estate Commission. Legal and ethical principles covered are required knowledge for student entering real estate field and for state real estate license examination. Students interested in sitting for the Florida Real Estate Commission exam must take combined REE 1000 and REE 1400 end-of-course exam and receive a grade of 70 percent or better.
