NURSING I Prerequisite: Admissions to Nursing A.S. Degree Program Builds the nursing theory base necessary for the registeted nurse to communicate effectively, make clinical decisions, and provide a safe and effective environment related to the client's physiological and psychsocial integrity. This course includes learning activities designed to develop oral communication skills and also basic use of computers. A grade of "satisfactory" in the clinical/lab is required.
