This course is the first and only Web-based education series built in full partnership with and endorsed by both PMI and the PMI Education Trust. PMI is the largest non-profit association for professionals engaged in project management and sets industry standards. As more and more businesses become project based, project managers, their supervisors, and project team members need a shared lexicon and methodology. This course provides these tools in the "Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge" PMBOK (r) Guide that forms the heart of this course. In this 6-part course, users learn through a series of explanations, interactions, and "action planning" question and answer sessions. Completion of this course earns 20 PMI PDU's.
