This 40-hour program is designed specifically for the challenges and tasking faced by today's supervisor and leader in the Fire and Rescue profession. This 10 module presenttion takes participants through a step by step process covering: the new team leader, change, resolving conflict, managing a diverse workplace, effective communication skills, human resource basics, coaching, hostile environments, best practices for managers, and customer service.
