This course establishes a basic understanding of the essential features of Quicken Deluxe 2002, familiarizing students with the concept of financial management and the use of financial software, and introduces new features such as automatic online account reconciliation, step-by-step budgeting, and a capital gains estimator. Students will learn to create accounts, enter transactions, reconcile accounts, create reports, write checks, back up and restore files, and protect their data with passwords.
